It is only available to anyone renting one of the main houses, but needs a little more room to accommodate their group. The street is full of historical homes and comes to an end at the Commons of Friends University. The street is overlooked by the exquisite Friends University Clocktower, which is adorned with beautiful Christmas lights during the holidays. My studio apartment is located over a garage and is perfect for a couple or single traveler. I live a on a tree lined street and it is super quite. I am also close to lots of restaurants. It is more like a mother-in-law suite. It has everything you need stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It is in a very safe neighborhood a long the little Arkansas River.

When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home!
